Welcome to Edmond Albert Fine Native American Art

Edmond Albert, a self taught Native American artist, was born in Great Falls, Montana. He began his art career in 1986 working daily with pencils, charcoals, and pen & ink pointillist drawings. Throughout the 1990’s while developing his drawing techniques Edmond began to paint still life paintings. At first using pastels, then he gradually moved into oils. While he was a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas he began painting detailed and representational portraits in the oil medium. Most of his subjects are of Native American dancers. Recently he has begun painting landscapes along with wildlife. Edmond plans to continue and create original works of Native American and Western art; working on genres of various types and medium.
